worries as you set aside this time just for yourself. Our practice includes combining breath with movement as we flow from one
asana (physical posture) to another.
Small classes insure our students receive individual attention and special care is taken to teach proper alignment of Yoga
postures and breathing techniques.
Our classes are designed for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners keeping in mind that wherever you are in
your Yoga practice is where you are supposed to be. We do offer a "New to Yoga" class for those who want to reinforce prior
understanding of the basic principles of Yoga as well as for brand new practitioners.
