Yoga

Yoga is a mind/body discipline focusing on a series of physical asanas (postures) combined with breathing techniques that helps to balance the mind, body and spirit. Regular Yoga practice strengthens the bones, joints, muscles and ligaments. Balance, both physical and emotional is integrated into practice. Yoga practice helps make us accutely aware of the present moment giving us useful tools of focus, clarity and meaningfulness that we carry into our everday lives.

Pilates

A mind/body discipline designed to strengthen the core muscles including the lower back, hips, buttocks and abdominals. Through Pilates practice, one gains longer, leaner muscles that become sculpted and toned. Flexibility and strength are strong benefits of performing Pilates.

Zumba

The ZumbaŽ Fitness program is a dance-fitness class which fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a ZumbaŽ class!

PiYo

A fusion of the best of Pilates and Yoga ~ Piyo is a fast paced, total body workout! Have fun and get fit!

8 Week Yoga or Pilates Sessions - $80

10 Class Punch Card for Zumba - $50

Private Sessions are available for Yoga & Pilates - $45 per hour
